Our Primary 3, 4 and 5 classes have been busy exploring 2D and 3D shapes in Numeracy. We have been learning to name shapes and identify them by their properties.
We have:
-Built 3D models using Polydron and other craft materials.
-Created our own pull up nets.
-Taken our learning outdoors and used our mathematical language to guess our peers’ shapes using clues.
-Explored geometry through play and Art.
-Created our own shape cities in Art.
